HM Solutions Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all personal data that HM Solutions processes from its relations, candidates or other interested parties.

If you provide personal data to us, you give permission to process your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

When you use the application, E-Learning or another system developed by HM Solutions, your login details, IP address of your provider are stored in the log file. This in connection with system security.
2.2 The organization processes the personal data referred to in sub 2.1 for the following purposes:
We use your name, telephone number and e-mail address for contact about the service, for the provision of the information you have requested or for handling the information obtained from you.
We use your curriculum vitae information about the desired position (sign interpreter, etc.) to pass this on/discuss it with the customer.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use cookies on the website www.hmsolutions.nl. Below we explain who the cookies come from and why we use them.
HM Solutions only uses cookies from Google Analytics (_ga). We use this to improve the ease of use of the website.
Data (such as your IP address) is stored anonymously (masking the last part of each IP address).
Data is not shared with others (including Google).
HM Solutions has a processor agreement with Google.
HM Solutions does not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.
HM Solutions notifies you when a cookie is placed. For this you need to adjust the settings in your browser. Since every browser is different, we refer to the information page of your browser or the user manual of your phone to set your cookie preferences. You can always delete placed cookies from the hard drive of your computer, tablet, or telephone.
3. Retention periods
3.1 HM Solutions processes and stores your personal data for a maximum of 5 years after the end of the service. After this period, HM Solutions will destroy and/or anonymize the personal data, unless we are obliged by law (for example, on the basis of tax legislation) to keep certain personal data for a longer period of time. In the latter case, only these specific personal data will be retained during the statutory retention period.
4. Security measures and processors
4.1 HM Solutions has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This protects your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
4.2 For the processing of personal data, HM Solutions uses services of third parties, so-called processors. These processors only process the personal data on behalf of HM Solutions. We have concluded a processor agreement with the processors, which states that they must comply with all obligations under the European General Data Protection Regulation and this privacy policy. 5. Right of access, removal and asking complaints
5.1 You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal data via the secretariat (secretariaat@hmsolutions.nl). HM Solutions will always process your request immediately and inform you, in any case within one month of receipt of the request, about the follow-up to the request. If we do not grant your request, we will always explain this.
5.2 If you wish to object to the (further) processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you can also contact secretariaat@hmsolutions.nl.
HM Solutions will process the objection immediately, in any case within one month, and remove the relevant personal data, unless it is obliged to keep the relevant personal data based on a legal obligation. If the latter is the case, we will inform you.
5.3 If you have complaints about the way in which HM Solutions processes your personal data or handles your requests, you can contact the data protection officer a.hajari@hmsolutions.nl.
If this does not lead to a solution, you can always submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or appeal to the courts.
